ALL PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS
1 Prize draws are open to UK residents aged 18 years and over (unless otherwise stated), excluding employees (and their immediate family) of Asda, Publicis Blueprint and their affiliated companies, and anyone professionally connected with the prizes.
2 Proof of sending shall not constitute proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, incompletely received or damaged.
3 Maximum one entry per person per draw. Bulk or third-entry parties not accepted.
4 All entries must be received by 31 August.
5 Winners are selected at random by an independent person after the closing date and will be notified by letter within 28 days of the closing date.
6 There are no cash alternatives. Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as offered.
7 By entering our prize draws, you agree to take part in publicity.
8 To obtain winners’ names/counties, send an sae to: Asda Magazine August 2011 Winners List, Asda House, Great Wilson Street, Leeds LS11 5AD, 28 days after closing date. Please do not send entries to this address.
9 If winners are unable to take prizes, a redraw will take place.
10 Promoter’s decision is final.
11 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
12 Prize draws may be featured in other promotional material.

14 Winners accept prize at own risk. Unless stated otherwise, holiday winners should obtain their own travel insurance, visas and passport and be fit to travel.
15 Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage, except death or personal injury, arising out of administration, or for the winner’s enjoyment of the prize draws.
16 Where terms/conditions are inconsistent with additional prize draw terms/conditions, additional ones will prevail. By entering you accept this.

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
18 Scotland trip
Prize does not include travel insurance or additional expenses and must be taken by 1 March 2012, subject to availability and excluding Christmas and New Year. Prize includes a two-night stay for two adults at Meldrum Country House Hotel & Golf Course on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis, plus one round of golf for two adults, two National Trust for Scotland passes with entry to the winners’ choice of castle on the Castle Trail, and a tour of Mackie’s Westertown farm. The farm tour will include a visit to see the cows and the ice cream dairy. Ice cream is made Monday to Thursday. Prize also includes 52 vouchers for 1L tubs of Mackie’s ice cream, redeemable at UK stockists, plus £200 spending money and £150 towards travel. Travel expenses payable on presentation of receipts, and to a maximum of £150.
