Dinner plate's anyone

Shoppinng in Tesco's this afternoon I spotted pale blue dinner and side plates for 47 pence per plate. I thought it was a good deal so bought 6 of each!

    anyone wanting cheap plates and cutlery should go to ikea, they only charge 19p per plate, and thats the normal price, the cutlery and bowls are really cheap too.

    Seems to be a massive selling line at the moment, Full range also available in White (Dinner/Side Plates, Bowls etc,)

    couldnt see any of the 47p plates in any of my locals, could see 4 square shaped white plates for just under £5 though??

    No - misuse of apostrophes is one of the most annoying grammar mistakes there is!
    Even some of the largest providers insist on getting it wrong, so don't suppose we should blame individuals though.

    Go to stafford potteries for wedgwood plates. They are so good and cheap. A plate normally selling £12.00 would go for £1.00 and they rarely chip. These are incompete sets .i.e without maybe gravy boat but great value for money.

    Go to the Doulton Sale at Stoke!

    They have full sets and glassware too!!!

    Very reasonable!
