4. The Competition starts on Wednesday 13 July 2011 at 00.01am (the "Opening Date") and ends at midnight on Wednesday 31 August 2011 (the "Closing Date"
5. The Competition is open to residents of mainland England, Scotland and Wales.
6. The Competition is open to Entrants aged 18 years or over on the Opening Date only, excluding employees of the Promoter and their families, the Promoter's associated companies, their agents and anyone professionally connected with the Competition
7. The Promoter reserves the right to ask for proof of age from all winners and their guests.

Entries are only valid if the online entry form on the Site is completed correctly including the provision of all personal details requested (including name, telephone number and email address) and the provision of an answer to the following question: "Tell us in no more than 100 words what a BACARDI Get Together festival experience at home means to you and your friends" (the "Question").
9. The Promoter reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude any entry to the Competition for failure to comply with any of these Term

The main prize: One BACARDI Get Together festival experience to be held in the winner's back garden including the provision of a DJ, a bar, a limited number of drinks and festival style seating ("Experience"). The Experience will run for a maximum of 4 hours (not including set up and break down times).
13. The runners up prizes: BACARDI shared vessel sets consisting of a wellie shared vessel and a pair of connection straws ("Runners Up Prize").
