This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over excluding Britvic Soft Drink Limited, PepsiCo International Limited and Asda employees, and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Closing date for receipt of entries is midnight 31st August 2011.
3. Only one entry per person. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) or multiple mobiles to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', brute force' or any other automated means, that person's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
4. To enter, visit www.asda.com/pepsimax correctly answer the question and fill in your details on the entry form before the closing date for the chance to win. Internet access required.
5. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and will not be counted. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
6. Prize pool consists of one holiday for the winner plus three friends to Ibiza, Spain. Prize includes return economy flights from London to Ibiza, luxury boutique accommodation for 4 nights on a B&B basis, private transfers between Ibiza airport and hotel, 1 day private boat charter for 4 people, £1,000 spending money and UK departure taxes. Prize does not include travel to and from the UK airport. The prize is available all year excluding travel over Christmas, New Year, Easter and bank holidays. The prize is valid for 12 months from when winner is notified and is subject to availability at time of booking. The winner and all guests must be over the age of 18 at time of travelling. All passport, visa and travel insurance requirements are the responsibility of the winner.
7. The winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control where the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.
8. The winner will be notified by post within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted within 28 days of first attempting to do so then the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award that prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original.

10. The winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion.
