They definitely sound genuine to me. I specifically remember the £500 ASOS comp as I was entering it daily as I absolutely love their website so a huge well done to you. I won on their recent comp for £200 of dresses & they just turned up without an email so I'm sure your vouchers will arrive very soon. Also Elegance are a genuine company & sell high quality items. I just had an email about my Elegance handbag saying its been returned to them as 'Addressee gone away - refused'

Has anyone had this happen to them (ive been in nearly all the time an have not seen anyone come)?

Do u know if they're likely to redeliver?

This has happened to me before when i was waiting for my HD flipcam. It was said that it kept on being refused at the address, which was odd as i was home all the days Royal Mail "attempted delivery." My neighbours would also not have refused to sign for an item addressed to me.

The company confirmed the delivery address and sent the item out again and i received it

I also had some Royal Mail troubles - attempted delivery and no red card, luckily the competition organizer alerted me and I picked up my dress from the delivery office today!
