Terms and Conditions

Flybe 'Fly Free with Flybe' Competition

By entering the promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions
No purchase necessary for entry.
The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands and Austria. Entrants must be aged 18 and over. Excluding employees and their immediate families of Flybe Ltd, its subsidiaries or agents, or any person professionally connected with this activity. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse the application that is believed to be in breach of the Terms & Conditions.
The promotion begins on Wednesday 1st June 2011 and ends on Tuesday 4th October 2011 at midnight. ("Promotion Period").
During this Promotion Period, there will be 18 prizes given away on a weekly basis. This "Weekly Promotion Period" will be a 7 day week starting each Wednesday, and ending each Tuesday at midnight during the overall Promotion Period.
Each entry made will only be valid for the Weekly Promotion Period in which it was submitted. The user will be permitted to re-enter each week's competition.
Entry must be made by submitting application via www.facebook.com/flybe. Entries must be completed in full.
Only one entry per person per week will be accepted. Multiple entries will be disregarded.
Each prize draw will take place on each Wednesday during the Promotion Period, starting on the 8th June and ending on the 5th October. The person who is drawn at random from all valid entries on these dates will win.
The winner will only be permitted to win once during the Promotion Period. If a winner from a previous week is drawn as a new winner, the prize will be re-drawn from the valid entries of that week.
Photographic ID will be requested to confirm the validity of entry. This can be Passport, Drivers License or other form of Photo ID.
The prize is a pair of flight vouchers. Valid for 2 return flights on a Flybe network flight of your choice. This voucher covers the cost of the flight and all airport taxes and charges.
Flights must be taken within 12 months of winning, and have to be taken together. There are holiday blackout dates and routes where the prize cannot be taken. The blackout dates include travel between the December 19th 2011 – January 6th 2012; all other Bank Holiday and peak travel times are subject to availability. The flight route exclusions include all Flybe codeshare or franchise routes; Loganair flights, any route to or from Spain, Portugal and Croatia; and French Routes excluding Paris in the months of July and August. Tickets are strictly subject to availability, and at least 14 days notice must be given when booking. Flybe is not responsible for and will not replace lost, stolen, destroyed or defaced vouchers. Flybe is not responsible for problems associated with transport to airports or any further problems resulting from a delayed flight.
No cash alternative is available
The winner will be notified by email within 28 days from the day of winning.
If unable to contact the winner within 14 days after first notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and award the prize to an alternative entrant from the weekly prize draw (specific to that winner's week).
An individual must enter the promotion in person and using a valid email address. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this rule by, for example, using a "script" or any other automated or programmed means to enter the promotion that participant's entry will be closed, any prize award will be void and the participant will be refused further participation in the promotion.
No responsibility can be accepted for any difficulties in entering or any entries delayed or corrupted.
The promoter reserves the right to withdraw this promotion or amend any of its details if circumstances make this unavoidable.
The promoter reserves the right to feature the name, photographs and county of the winner in future promotions free of charge.
The winners' names and counties will appear on the Facebook page for a minimum period of three months from the closing date.
Please note that in processing data and rewards claims the Promoter may disclose customer information to other companies in its group or to third parties used by the Promoter and its affiliates.
