Terms & Conditions

1. By entering the promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The promotion is open to UK, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man residents aged 16 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Kellogg's, its subsidiaries or agents, or any person professionally connected with this activity. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any application that is believed to be in breach of the Terms and Conditions.
3. No purchase is necessary for entry.
4. The Promotion begins at 12pm on 04/07/2011 and closes at 17:00 on 27/07/2011 ('Promotion Period').
5. An individual must have internet access and a valid email address to enter the promotion. There is a strict limit of one entry per person per day. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this rule by, for example, the use of "script", "brute force" or any other automated or programmed means, any prize award will be void and the participant will be refused further participation in the promotion.
6. How to enter: Entry to the promotion is via Facebook only. Individuals must 'Like' the Crunchy Nut Facebook page to be able to enter the promotion, and then click on the 'Bites Explosion' tab to proceed with entry. Users must then follow a number of steps, selecting squares, if an individual wins a prize they must complete a form with their details. 7. All winners will be chosen at random and not be determined by the number of squares selected.
8. The prizes on offer will comprise of a year's supply of Crunchy Nut Bites - equivalent to 30 Packs (400g) of Crunchy Nut (115 in total) or a Crunchy Nut Mug (790 in total). 5x year’s supplies per day 790 mugs 34 per day over 15 days of the competition 35 per day over 8 days of the competition
9. Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the end of the promotion.
10. If unable to contact the winner within 28 days after first notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement.
11. No cash or other alternative prize is available, and unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner in person.
12. Delivery of prize may take up to a period of 30 days from announcement of win.
13. Numerous factors outside the control of the promoter may interfere with the operation of the website. The promoter does not therefore guarantee continuous uninterrupted or secure access to the website. No responsibility can be accepted for any difficulties in entering or any entries delayed or corrupted.
14. All prizes are subject to availability. Should a prize become unavailable Kellogg's reserve the right to replace the prize with something of an equal or similar value.
15. The promoter reserves the right to extend the promotion beyond the originally published closing date by notification via the Crunchy Nut website and the Crunchy Nut Facebook fan page.
