Yes, at least 20 - 30mins. Secret to cooking a turkey is high-low-high. Give it 30mins at high temp (220C) to seal, drop temp to 170 - 180C to slow cook for an extended time, then a quick blast back at 220C for 30 - 45mins to brown off. The slow cooking will ensure that you don't get any pink meat!I'm mad!!!! :rotfl::jand celebrating everyday every year!!!0
