I have written a letter to all my Debt companys making them an offer to finalise my debt.

i need to find out where to send these to get the most effect.

please could you post the person(s) and adresses for the following.

Barclaycard
abbey credit card
Egg credit card
Halifax one creditcard
halifax Current Account Overdraft

full and final settlement offers are normally negotiated when debts have been passed over to DCA's.

I just sent mine off i just write to the registered addresses on the statements (sent by record delivery)


Barclay card is Barclaycard,1 Churchill Place,London,E14 5HP
Abbey(MBNA) Stansfield house, chester business park, wrexham road chester
Halifax overdraft - write to your local branch

Other two im not sure on

You can offer a company a final figure - in many cases it will be more than they would sell it for anyway, so would probably take it

Try this as an alternative address for Barclaycard.

1234 Pavillion Drive
Brackmills
Northampton.

Cant remember the postcode but I'm sure the address is correct.
