• The Promoter has the right to disqualify any entry not made in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received by the Promoter.
• This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only who are aged over 18 years old at the time of entry.
• No purchase is necessary.
• The main prize is the holiday. The prize is for two people on Intrepid's 15-day Mountains and Mystics trip in India.

  • The prize includes return flights from London and arrival airport transfer. The routing and airline carrier are at Intrepid's discretion.
  • The prize must be taken by 31 March 2012. No extension is available.
  • A blackout period of 15 December - 15 January applies where travel is not permitted.
  • Not included in the prize are, further airport transfers, any passport or visa fees required, vaccinations, travel insurance, additional services not specified in the itinerary and personal spending money.

The curry party winners will be announced during the promotional period. The first party group will be announced on Tuesday 28 th June, with the final party group announced on the 30th September
• The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value as required.
• Winning entrants of the prizes will be drawn be notified via email
• Winners must respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being contacted to claim their prize. Any prize not claimed within 7 Days will be forfeit. After 7 Days a new 'winner' will be selected and contacted.
