    Have you seen the website?
Terrible grammar, no mention of an APR, no mention of a credit licence, no postal address.........

It really is all in the name.

It is another one of those Indian scamming sites, where you get accepted, they ask you for money for the first repayment via western union, then something else happens and they need another payment to release documents. Then another payment to have someone come around to deliver the cheque.

Normally by then even the most gulliable relalise they have been conned.

You are hundereds of pounds down and no loan and the amount you are down, depends very much on whether you fall from their cons, once, twice, three times, etc..etc..

I'm impressed a company has come right out and given the game away with their name alone.

If it were me I would keep on leading them on giving false details until they fathom "this guy is talking rubbish".... or just put the phone down.

I was just going to suggest this. Go through all their rubbish with them, give a fake name, even make up account numbers if they ask for them and then smile to yourself knowing you've just saved yourself a load of problems when they ask you to wire money to them via western union.

I wish I had the patience to play.

This website is one of my favourites: http://www.419eater.com/, and this story in particular: http://www.419eater.com/html/okorie.htm.

I think there's a story on there somewhere about someone who managed to get the scammers to send him money! :rotfl:

Never worked with Lloyds they rang me every day and the converstation went the same way every day

can I speak to mr... you are... for security can you confirm your date of birth... no I can't I don't know who you are anddo not divulge that kind of information over the phone.... OK sir I understand your worries could you tell me your year of birth... no again I do not give out personal information like that to random people who call me out of the blue you could be anyone I have no knowledge of who you are... OK sir could you pop into a branch so we an tell you something.... yes if their open when I am not working like before 7am and after 7pm bye bye...

Every day until I sorted the poblem they wanted to tell me about (already knew what it was they wanted to talk to me about) but they would not give over.
I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.
