Only 3 so far (seems 1 missing), not great this week unless the 4th one is good.
Only the chicken breasts for me.

I hate touching raw chicken............might ask my hubby to rub oil on my breasts. :rotfl:

    I buy cheap disposable gloves for preparing raw meat. They are about 250 for a £1 in 99p stores and £ shops.
    Still virtually alcohol free since 4/1/15. (10 Xmas/ New Year/Birthday drinks)
    It takes 3500 calories to lose a pound in weight. Target 13 lbs weight loss. 18.5lbs lost 2nd May - 28 September.

    I saw Birds Eye quarter pounders in the Coop today half price now £1.49 for 4 a reall bargain.
    Gonna stock up for our yearly barbie.

    I buy a pack of mince for a couple of quid and make my own, much cheaper, tastier and you know whats in them.
