Looks as if it may be a daily entry (it appears to have started yesterday 16/5). It says a set number of winners will be chosen each day but doesn't say how many.

Sainsbury's win a £50 meal plan giveaway campaign

1. The prize draw will open on 16/05/11 and close 24/05/11 11.59pm (UK time).
2. To enter the prize draw, entrants must complete the entry process which consists of: Answering our question, Emailing us at [EMAIL="fifty@sainsburys.co.uk"]fifty@sainsburys.co.uk[/EMAIL] with your name and telephone number, and agreeing to the Terms & Conditions. All these must be completed to constitute a valid entry.
3. Entries to the prize draw are limited to one per day per person.
4. Open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
5. The personal information in your prize draw entry will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will only be used for the Sainsbury’s Win a £50 Meal Plan campaign. Sainsbury’s will not use your personal information for marketing purposes and will not share your details with any third parties, with the exception of limited trusted agencies and suppliers needed to help administer the prize draw. For further details on how Sainsbury's treats your personal information, as well as the use of cookies on this site, please visit Sainsbury’s Privacy Policy.
6. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
7. Entrants must be available and willing to accept a delivery of the Meal Plan ingredients on 28 or 29 May 2011.
8. Any person entering the prize draw accepts that specific access criteria are to be met regarding the delivery of the ingredients to their address.
9. A set number of winners will be chosen every day during the campaign by prize draw.
10. Winners will be contacted by email.
11. The prizes will consist of all the ingredients included in the shopping list for the Meal Plan to be launched on 25 May 2011 by Sainsbury's, and in the quantities set out in that meal plan. The prize does not include ingredients listed under 'store cupboard ingredients' or any of the props shown in the photographs accompanying the meal plan.
12. No cash or other alternative prizes will be available, except in the event of circumstances outside of its control, whereby The Promoter reserves the right to substitute for any similar alternative prize of equal or greater value.
13. The fulfillment of the prize will take place on 28 or 29 May 2011 pending access to the winners’ addresses being possible, as detailed above. Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd and their associated agencies and suppliers engaged in delivering the prize reserve the right to move the fulfillment date where circumstances dictate outside of their control - e.g. severe weather conditions postponement, the winner will be offered an alternative date in 2011 where possible.
14. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries delayed, corrupted in transmission or not received.
15. The prize is non-transferable.
16. By entering, all entrants are bound by these Terms & Conditions.
17.The decision of The Promoter is final in respect of all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

19.Any Sainsbury's colleague may enter the prize draw apart from those directly associated with the creation and/or organisation of the prize draw. I assume, from the words I've highlighted above, that you have to state, within your email, that you agree to the T&C - otherwise your entry will be invalid.

So the email needs the answer plus name and phone number plus statement along the lines of 'I agree to the Terms & Conditions'.
