I have tried Open Office - has all main functions of WORD, EXCEL etc - but it does not necessarily work well on Office Documents and relies on the good will of Open Source programmers to make corrections - can take a long time to resolve.
Its about 90 MB - so can take a long time to download unless you use file sharing software like uTorrent
