Located in the historic village of Coussac-Bonneval, in the charming region of Limousin in central South West France, this pretty stone farmhouse is full of rural character.
With exposed stone walls, original oak beams and stunning views over the lush surrounding countryside, the cottage is every Francophile's dream!
Dating back to the 1850s, the property includes a large stone barn, its own well and a large attractive garden. The property has been well-loved and is stunning in its existing form, ready for you to use from day one. However if you've always fancied making your mark there is an opportunity for renovating the outbuildings, which could easily accommodate a gîte.
The cottage offers the perfect blend of traditional and contemporary features. Open fireplaces and a wood burning stove, plus a swimming pool set into the hillside with a large decked terrace.
Coussac-Bonneval is home to an exquisite chateau which is open to the public. The area is renowned for its natural beauty, perfect for walking or cycling, or simply soaking up the laid-back atmosphere. There will be plenty on your new doorstep to ensure this home away from home is your ideal holiday haven or retirement retreat year after year.
* Keywords are printed in the Daily Mail and The Mail on Sunday every day from May 7th to June 3rd 2011 inclusive.

The prize is as described in the Newspaper and no entrant can select an alternative prize. Legal and purchasing fees are included in the prize but any other tax liabilities will be the sole responsibility of the winner. :T#StaySafeWishing you a Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy New Year0 -
