Sometimes you can write them saying it doesn't work. I did that once, as I was home, where I don;t have a printer. It worked, but I don;t remember which company it was (might not work with all)

  • If you can't get the vouchers to print/don't have a printer, then when you are redirected to the coupon site if you click on "Contact Us" link which is on the right (just above the central image).

This takes you to a "send us your feedback" page where there is a little box which you can fill in (titled please describe the issue), so if you put something like voucher didnt print or I don't have a printer and then enter your name (and printer type if it was a fault with it not working)

Below this it says "We may send you a coupon by post" if you click on the blue text that says "Please add your address" then a box will appear for you to type in your street/town/postcode.

If you want you can enter you email address (optional)

    Then click submit.

    Hope that helps :)
They seem to have changed the way it displays now. I don't get a "Contact us" option, only a Help button but when I click on it nothing happens. Tried e-mailing SSM using a linked address from their site but message came back undelivered. Destined not to have any more coupons -
    It's 5 o'clock somewhere!
