I won the card holder & postcards from the spin & win comp, then they sent me the earrings as "Thanks for the feedback" when I replied to their email expressing my disappointment they were now running a voting comp

Earrings and card holder have arrived, but so has this email...

Wonder whether it's been written by someone with perhaps an EAL grasp of the language as it doesn't make sense to me!
Are they referring to the postcards do you think, or have I won something entirely different...

My spin to win emails from them over Christmas were written in similarly poor English. I would suggest it's not their first language!0
