   2011 Navigator Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the countries listed below and the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. All entrants under eighteen (18) or who are considered minors in their state/province of residence must have a parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to participate in this Promotion.    The Promotion begins on May 2, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. GMT and ends on November 30, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. GMT (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor is the official time keeper for this Promotion.

5. 5. Instant Win
   Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. If you are the first person to enter a Code at or after one of the randomly generated times, you will be a potential instant winner of the prize indicated.
6. 6. MVP (Most Viral Person) Competition
   All participants that are not awarded a prize by the moment generator algorithm will be eligible. Then the top 50 participants of the week, that invite the highest amount of friends to join the Promotion, will be sent an email with an invitation to upload a photo of themselves together with an image of a Navigator product. The first 3 photos received on the contest website each week that meet all the above requirements will be awarded an iPad 2. The Top 50 will be reset every Sunday at 12:00 a.m. GMT.
7. 7. ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE INSTANT WIN MESSAGE SO INDICATES, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY, AND THE POTENTIAL INSTANT WIN GAME WINNER HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. 8. 8. Prize Validation and Delivery
   Winners who entered a ream code to take part in the competition will be allowed a 15 day period to send the original package containing the winning code, together with a printed copy of the confirmation email, a photocopy of any form of identification document to the address stated below and their name, address and telephone number. Winners who entered a free code and MVP Top 50 of the Week competition winners will need to send a printed copy of the confirmation email and a photocopy of any form of identification document to the address stated below.

   It is the participant’s sole responsibility to deliver the documents to the address above. Documents need to be sent by ordinary or registered (recommended) mail. Please do not send them through a shipping company (e.g. DHL, Chronopost, UPS or similar) since this address belongs to a P.O. Box. Prizes will be reserved for each winner during a 15 day period that will start on the date of the e-mail confirmation. This is valid both for winners elected by the winning moment generator and MVP Top 50 of the Week competition. Should the documents listed above are not received during the 15 day period, the corresponding prize will automatically be forfeited, and it will become available to other participant. Prizes will be sent to the residents in one of the eligible countries of this promotion without any additional shipping costs. Prizes will be delivered only once, through an international shipping service (DHL, Chronopost, UPS or similar). The promoter assumes no responsibility for any delays caused by the lack of prize availability by the manufacturer therefore, should the recipient not receive the prize, the promoter will not attempt a 2nd delivery.

10. 10. Release
    By receipt of any prize, winner (and, if a minor, winner’s parent or legal guardian)agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to winner or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of (1) the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, (2) administration of the Instant Win Game, or (3) participation in this Instant Win Game or any related activity.
    
    The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
11. 11. Publicity
    Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state/province for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
12. 12. General Conditions
    Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Instant Win Game, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (subject to the approval of the R!gie in Quebec). In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Instant Win Game or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Instant Win Game may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. 13. 13. Limitations of Liability
    By participating, each entrant (and, if a minor, entrant’s parent or legal guardian) agrees: a) that Sponsor and its designees may use (unless prohibited by law), entrant’s name, city and state/province of residence, biographical information, photograph and/or likeness for advertising, trade and/or any other lawful purposes in any manner and in any and all venues or media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, permission or notification; b) to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of (i) the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, (ii) administration of the Instant Win Game, or (iii) participation in this Instant Win Game or any related activity; c) to waive all rights to claim or collect punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages.
    
    In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant based on the email address submitted, entry will be awarded to the person named on the applicable registration form (regardless of whether that is the name of the authorized account holder of the email address from which said registration was submitted). Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, garbled, inaccurate, undelivered or postage-due Codes, mail, Code requests, entries or prize claims, or for telephonic, human or computer failures, problems or errors, interruptions in service due to system upgrades, repairs, modifications or other causes, failures or malfunctions of connections, satellite, network, cable, Internet Service Provider (ISP), phones, phone lines or telephone systems, traffic congestion on the internet, technical or mechanical malfunctions, or other malfunctions or errors, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Instant Win Game, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Instant Win Game, the processing of Code requests, game plays or prize claims, the announcement of the prizes, or any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Instant Win Game, or for printing, typographical, human or other errors appearing in these Official Rules or other Instant Win Game -related materials. All decisions of the Sponsor related to the Instant Win Game are final and binding.
    
    If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Instant Win Game or Instant Win Game play, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Promotion, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons causes more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.
14. 14. Disputes
    Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York or the appropriate New York State Court located in New York County, New York; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State New York.
15. 15. Data Protection
    Personal data collected during this promotion is limited to the minimum needed to enter the promotion. Portucel Soporcel agrees to protect the participants' personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, disclosure or unauthorized access, as required by the 67/98 Portuguese Act of October 26, Article 14. Portucel Soporcel warrants you, under the 67/98 Portuguese Act of October 26, Article 11, the possibility to access, update or remove your personal data at any time.
16. 16. Data Protection
    For Promotion results send a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to Winners List - 2011 Navigator Promotion c/o STEPVALUE – Soluções de Comunicação, Lda., Alameda dos Oceanos, Lote 1.07.01, P1.2, 1990-203 Lisboa, PORTUGAL. Requests for the winner list must be received by January 15, 2012.
