Online Weekly Competitions
This Competition will run for 9 weeks from 25 April 2011 to 26 June 2011. From 25 April 2011 there will be weekly competitions to give away prizes to those who have successfully answered the weekly puzzle and have been selected from the prize draw from all the correct entries submitted by the closing date each week.
1. Entries must be made on the official entry form and be received weekly between 18:00 Monday and 17.45 the following Monday of each week. Entrants must enter by the closing date and time in order to be entered into the draw.
2. Open to all United Kingdom residents over the age of 18. Proof of eligibility must be provided on request. Only one entry per email address.
3. Offer not open to employees of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, their agents or contractors, Volkswagen Group brand retailers and anyone else connected with the promotion.
4. The prizes that can be won are:
Week 2 - CSI Box sets
Week 3 - Cluedo board games

5. Full specification to be determined by Škoda UK. Winners will receive their prize within four weeks of the Closing Date of the relevant prize draw in which they have been successfully drawn as the Winner.
6. Winners will be decided after completion of (a) a skill based task and (b) a free prize draw mechanism.
7. The criteria used to determine the winning entrants will be by completion of game/riddle/quiz (dependant on weekly task) and input of entrants name and email details on the data form.
8. Winners shall be notified by email. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, the Promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
9. The Promoter’s decision is final.
10. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are illegible, incomplete, altered or delayed. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it believes the entrant has breached any of the terms of entry. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes not to be playing within the spirit of the promotion or suspects of participating in any unfair or unjust behaviour. The Promoter reserves the right to use its discretion in all respects and to enforce any penalty or sanction it deems appropriate.
12. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
13. There is no cash alternative.
14. The Promoter reserves its right to substitute any prize with a prize of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside of its control
15. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend, foreclose or withdraw the promotion and/or the terms and conditions of entry at any time and without prior notice.
16. No purchase necessary.
17. Your personal data will be held by Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited (trading as Škoda Auto UK) and will be passed to Škoda Auto UK for the purpose of administering the prize draw and contacting the winner, unless entrants specify otherwise on the entry form.
18. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Channel FIVE. You understand that you are providing your information to Škoda Auto UK and not to Channel FIVE. The information you provide will be used for the current competition only. All data will be held in accordance with current Data Protection legislation and will not be passed on to a third party, without your consent.
19. Winners will be notified within 28 days of the relevant closing date.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to feature the name, photograph and location of the prize winner in any future marketing materials, website publications, promotions and/or prize draws.
21. If there is a conflict in the terms and conditions to this prize draw with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this draw, these conditions will apply.
