Protecting my possessions from a Baliff intended for someone else

Hi
I'm 19 and I'm a student and I also have a part time job. My mum's in a lot of debt and I have a feeling it's not going to be long before debt collectors or baliffs come around the house (I'm not stupid for one, and I saw a court summoning letter a few weeks ago). She doesn't really tell me what's going on in terms of her financial life, which I can understand because it's none of my business, but on the other hand it is because I'm her son. Anyway, I digress. I've read a lot about how you don't have to let bailiffs/debt collectors in and they have to gain peaceful entry, but one specific aspect does really bother me...
Because I earn my own money (I do pay my Mum board) I have purchased lots of items that are mine (Xbox, PS3, computer, TV etc.) that were expensive at the time. Now obviously, I don't want a bailiff or debt collector to come around and take all my possessions thinking they're my Mums.
It's been a few years since I've purchased these, so finding receipts will be difficult to say the least. Are there any other ways of declaring those items officially mine to make sure that they do not get taken away?
I'm sorry if I've posted this in the wrong forum or asked a really silly question, but I'm a bit of a money newbie.
My thanks in advance, I really appreciate your help and advice.

you'll have to find some proof that you actually paid for & own certain goods..otherwise they'll seize as assets to sell on at a later dateWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0

Yes but they do not show specifically what the items are. I just have the retailer's name, the date and the price. Surely that isn't enough?0 -
go to a solicitor get a statutory declaration
ask for 1 original copy and 2/3 notarised copy's this should cost you £5/10
If a bailiff levies on your goods send a notarised copy to them and ask them to release your goods from the levy give them 14 day to confirm in writing that the the goods listed on the stat dec have been removed from the levy— STATUTORY DECLARATION
To: (the bailiffs) (their address)
I (your name)
of (your address)
Do solemnly and sincerely declare that:
the items listed (list them)
are not the property of (your friends name) and (reason why they were there) and have always been my sole property
And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and by virtue of the provisions of the Statutory Declarations Act 1835 and Section 5 of The Perjury Act 1911.
