The prize must be taken from the Rhine cruise to Switzerland departure dates for 2011 or 2012 subject to availability, and is valid for 2 people sharing a grade one cabin. The prize includes return coach travel from the UK to the MS Arlene, pick up point to be agreed at the time of booking with Phoenix Holidays. Transfers to and from the pick up point are not included. Full touring itinerary, full board and excursions as shown as in our current brochure are included in the holiday price. Extras optional excursions and insurance are not included in the prize offered. The winner will be contacted by Phoenix Holidays who will book the holiday. The winner must hold a valid passport on the date of travel. If you do not hold an EU passport you may require a visa. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative will be offered.
Closing date 30th September 2011. Draw will take place on the 14th October 2011.

Hmmmm I got that too but it went into my spam folder hence why not spotted it earlier, so thanks kenstu64 for pointing it out.

The email address is as the magazine states, I will endeavour to contact them to resolve the problem if I can find an address to email in the magazine
