Anyone ever tried this??

Always been put of thinking it was more expensive but is this the case???

Seem to spend a fortune at Tescos each month on meat and was wondering if anyone knows of any online websites that could be cheaper??

ive recently had a delivery from www.damndelicious.co.uk and im very impressed,all "free range" Aberdeen angus,and cheaper than our butchers, comes individualy vacuum packed and priced..my £79.99 box contained over £91 worth of butcher meat

No never heard of them-had a quick look,they advertise "grain fed beef"..would this imply the cattle are reared indoors?,im not sure.,when i was looking i wanted grass fed,outdoor reared,thats why i chose damn delicious.(plus i was able to drive to their butchers shop in Lanark and try some produce before spending almost £80.)

Have you tried Robert Bowring, All their cattle are bred on their own farms and the produce is lovely, I use them regularly and the service is excellent.

Hi,
I had an order last week from the butchers-block and have to say that I have been totally impressed with everything that I have tried, the mince is really lean and the brisket joint was lovely cooked all night in the slow cooker then turned into a casserole the next day.We had the red onion and sage sausages last nigh and they were delicious and there was no fat left in the roasting tray.. I can defiantly recommend them and their prices are fantastic to...:rotfl:
