Boots.com are just about to start a live event on How to exercise before, during and after pregnancy.
During the 1 hour event they will be giving away 5x Jane Wake's two-DVD exercise programme, The complete ante and postnatal exercise and wellbeing programme.
There are five copies of her exercise DVDs up for grabs during the live chat. Jane will be picking her top five favourite questions, so all you have to do is join in for your chance to pick up a copy.
