6. This is a weekly promotion which will run as follows:

• Week 1: 00.01am 11.04.11 to 11.59 pm on 17.04.11 (Selection Date 18.04.11)

Each week six winners will be selected from all entrants who have fully complied with the instructions in paragraph 5 of these terms and conditions and who meet all other eligibility criteria set out in these terms and conditions (“Eligible Entrants”), who will be selected by a panel of judges under the supervision of an independent adjudicator. The winners will be selected as follows:

• The grand prize winner will be the Eligible Entrant whose entry in the judges’ opinion is the most creative and original and based on a personal experience.
• The five runner up place winners will be the Eligible Entrants who are judged by the judges’ as the next five best entries as the most creative and original and based on a personal experience from all the remaining Eligible Entries.
• Judges’ decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Entrants may if they wish enter the Promotion every day by complying with the instructions in paragraph 3 of these terms and conditions. However, entrants are only entitled to claim:

• a grand prize once, and
• a runner up prize once;

for the duration of this Promotion. After this point, such entrants may enter the Promotion, however their entries will not be counted amongst the Eligible Entries and will not be eligible to win any more prizes.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the grand prize or runner up prizes (or any part of them) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. There is no cash alternative to the grand prize or runner up prizes (or any part of them) and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
