Cash Genie Payday Loan - Help!!

I have a payday loan with cash genie of £195 and each month was paying the £45 roll over feee so I contacted them via email asking if can start paying £20 per month to pay off the £195 to which they agreed. The first month I received an email saying the £45 roll over fee would be coming out of my bank so I contacted the person I'd been emailing who assured me it would not come out but that the £20 would, as agreed. The £45 DID come out so I emailed him again and he apologised and said that nothing would come out the next month and that the following month £15 would come out making us 'even'.So the next month was nothing was apparently meant to come out I received the same email and the £45 came out.
Is there anything I can do to get them to put the £45 back in my account ??i have other bills to pay this month which I now won't be able to!i don't have an official contract of agreementw ith them regarding the repayment plan, it is all over email.please help.

Sorry but that really is too much like hard work to even read.

Good luck finding someone with more patience and better eyesight than me.

You answered your own question. Get it in writing.

Write to them with your offer, I take it you have also asked them to freeze the interest? Make sure it is all documented.

Send your letter by recorded delivery.

Having "other bills to pay" is not going to carry any weight, why are everyone elses bills more important than Cash Genies?

Without knowing what the others are, I would hazard a guess the largest penalties will come from Cash Genie, in my mind Cash Genie is your highest priority debt (after Mortgage).
