Pepsi Music Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion open to all GB, Northern Ireland, Channel Isles & Isle Of Man (CI & IOM online entry only) residents aged 16 or over (except any under 18s are excluded from the draw to win tickets for GlobalGathering) excluding employees and their immediate families of Britvic Soft Drinks Limited (the “Promoter”), PepsiCo Inc., Live Nation, their affiliated companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
2. The opening date for receipt of entries is 15/04/2011 and the closing date for the receipt of entries is 24/06/2011.
3. To enter on-line: Enter the 10 character unique code found on promotional packs of Pepsi, Pepsi MAX and Diet Pepsi at WWW.FACEBOOK.COM/PEPSIMAX
4. To enter via SMS: Text either ‘ME’ (to be entered to win cash prize draw) or ‘MATES’ (to be entered to win festival tickets) and the 10 character unique code (with no spaces) found on promotional packs of Pepsi, Pepsi MAX and Diet Pepsi to 62948.
5. All text messages you send to 62948 cost 25p plus standard network rate (inc. VAT). All text messages received from 62948 are included within the cost of entry. Please note that SMS entries may not fall within your mobile network’s ‘text-inclusive’ packages.
6. You may be able to enter when roaming outside the UK. Please note: If you enter from outside the UK, foreign network operator charges may apply.
7. 62948 is available on all UK mobile networks.
8. Each 10 digit unique code can only be used once. There is no limit to the number of entries per email/mobile number or the number of times an entrant can win. Only one code can be entered at a time. No bulk, consumer group, third party or agent entries will be valid.
9. All text and web entries will receive a confirmation message of their entry via their method of entry.
10. Hourly prize draws run from 10am until 6pm every day, including weekends from the 15.04.2011 and close at 6pm on 24.06.2011. There will be one final ‘late entry’ that will close at midnight on the 22.12.2011.
11. No Purchase Necessary route: To enter without product purchase or cost, and the same chance of winning, send your name, date of birth, contact number and write either ‘ME’ (to be entered to win cash prize draw) or ‘MATES’ (to be entered to win festival tickets) to: Pepsi ‘ARE YOU THE WORLD’S BEST MATE?’ Promotion, PO Box 1000, Warrington, WA4 6YB. Your entry will be entered into the next available draw. Only one entry will be accepted per stamped envelope.
12. There is one prize of either £300 cash in the form of a cheque or 4 x Music Festival tickets (Festivals included; Download, Escape into the Park, Hard Rock Calling, Wireless with Barclaycard, Latitude, GlobalGathering, Big Chill, Reading, Leeds) to be won every hour between 10am and 6pm everyday from 15.04.2011 until 24.06.2011 inclusive to include entries received between 00.00 and 11.59 the previous day. All entries will be included in the next available draw only. The first draw takes place at 11am daily. There are 8 prize draws per day.
13. The music festival to be won will be determined by the prize draw entered and will be stated in the confirmation correspondence (SMS/email). The prize does not include – travel to festivals, accommodation or spending money at festivals.
14. GlobalGathering tickets are restricted to entrants 18 years and over. Age verification will be made at the point of prize fulfilment by telephone where the winner will be asked to verify their age by providing their DOB. If the winner is under 18 on the day of age verification, £300 will be provided as an alternative prize in place of tickets.
15. Winners will be expected to conform to the relevant festival’s terms and conditions of use and the festival organiser reserves the right to refuse admission. Winners under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 21 or over. The Promoter shall not be liable for any defects whatsoever, or for the winners’ or their guests’ conduct with respect to the prizes once dispatched to the winners.
16. Entries received after 6pm on 24.06.2011 will go into a final prize draw to win £300 cash. This final prize draw will close at midnight on 22.12.2011.
17. SMS/Web entries will be included in the first draw available after their receipt. No responsibility will be accepted for any entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or miss-sent for any reason whatsoever. Proof of sending/texting entry will not be accepted as proof of receipt, and no refund of costs will be given.
18. No other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed, telecommunication or technical fault.
20. The Promoter cannot guarantee that the entry routes will be available 100% of the time. However, entries received will be queued until the next available draw. Each individual entry will be included in just one draw.
21. Winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all valid entries received for each draw. Winners will be notified by SMS/email within 5 days of the close of each draw depending on their entry method.The prize must be claimed within 28 days after the draw has been made. All reasonable effort will be made to contact winners, however, if the prize is not claimed by 28 days of the draw then the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn at the same time.
22. Prize winners may be required to participate in publicity.
23. The Promoter may collect personal information for the purpose of administering this Promotion. This may include contacting the winner via further text messages or calls regarding this Promotion. In administering this promotion, the Promoter will not collect more of your personal information than absolutely necessary. Personal data collected will be shared with a non-commercial third party solely for the purposes of administering this promotion. Personal data will not be shared with any other third party for use outside of this promotion. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent.

25. There are no cash or alternative prizes available for Festival prizes and tickets will not be available for use by anyone other than the named winners. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
26. By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

The form has been up for days, but their T&C's clearly state that 'The opening date for receipt of entries is 15/04/2011' so think I'll wait until tomorrow incase my entries are void.
