1. This promotion is open to UK residents only, with the exception of employees of MVD Communications Ltd and their immediate family and employees of suppliers to MVD Communications.


2. Closing dates for each round of the competition will be displayed on the competition webpage at http://www.phones4cash247.com/16/competition.


3. Only entries from valid email addresses will be accepted.


4. No purchase necessary, only one entry per email address submitted is allowed.


5. Prize winners will be notified within 3 days of the closing date. We will contact the winner in order to obtain information for delivery of the prize. Winners must be able to provide us with their full name, email address and home address in order to verify the authenticity of the entry.


6. The first initial, surname and home town of each winner will be announced on the competition webpage, by entering the promotion you agree to your information being used in this way.


7. The draw will be made at random from all valid entries. In the event a winner does not respond to notification within 7 days or a winner is discovered to have been ineligible for entry a replacement winner will be chosen using the same method.


8. There will be 13 fortnightly prizes as follows; 10 x Apple New iPod Shuffle 2GB Silver, 1 x Apple iPod New Nano 8GB 6th Gen Blue, 1 x Apple iPod New Touch 8GB 4th Gen, 1 x Apple iPad 2 16GB Wi-Fi. No cash alternatives will be offered.


9. In order to be eligible you need to provide us with your email address only, liking our Facebook page, blogging or tweeting about phones4cash247 is not an entry requirement.


10. Phones4cash247 reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions of this promotion at any time if deemed necessary.


11. By entering the competition you agree to receive marketing communications from Phones4cash247 and other companies within the MVD Communications family. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
