this was only £80 about 6 weeks ago!!!!! i got mine then asda still the best deal0 -
I suppose it depends if the kids can climb up on the trampoline without the need of a ladder. If they can't and they end up hauling at the netting or the surrounding it won't take long before these both need replacing costing morethis was only £80 about 6 weeks ago!!!!! i got mine then asda still the best deal

Well that's the way they work - prices will surely increase the closer we get to summer! I saw one in B&M last week for £189 - can't remember the size so it may not be a fair comparison - but personally I think this Asda one is a good deal and I wouldn't be at all surprised if prices increase again.
Anyway, it's been sunny enough today for the kids to play on it - and they're off school for 2 weeks very soon so I'm pleased we got it now.0 -
We bought the ASDA 10ft trampoline last year from Asda Direct. We were lucky to get it as they only buy a limited number each year and they are very popular.
My children really enjoy this trampoline and the build quality is good, however I did take down the trampoline in October and stored it away for the winter. I did not want to rust or get damaged.0 -
Hi
This is the first time I have added to a forum, but am unhappy about the service I have received from Asda re: 10ft trampoline and was wondering whether anyone else had had this problem?
We ordered this following your tip that trampolines were £99 at asda with £20 delivery if ordered online. And as the kids are off for most of Easter thought we'd grab a bargain now. We ordered and paid straight away on the website then were asked to choose a specific date/day. We chose today (12 April) although originally wanted 11 April for my daughters birthday (this was not available). The site said that we would be contacted up to 48hrs before with an estimetd 4hr time slot. I hadn't heard anything so called asda at 10am today and was told by an advisor that it was with the courier but had not been loaded and wouldn't be here for a number of days yet. Asda said it had nothing to do with them now and they would email the courier and hopefully I would get a call today or in the next day or 2!!!??? regarding the next time they could deliver. I spoke to the Customer Service Manager very calmly (I must add) after being told by the advisor that 12 April was an etimated date. The Manager agreed with me that the website does not say estimated date of arrival, had no answer of why I wasn't called after telling me they knew there were delivery problems and understood that I was not happy but once they have taken the booking and payment it has nothing to do with them anymore and I would have to wait to hear from the courier. He was quite rude and my children are now upset after counting sleeps until it arrives!!
I have taken the Managers name to complain and said (again very calmly) that this wasn't very good customer service because he was washing his hands of any problems, but he wasn't at all bothered. Any ideas/help anyone can give me? Or are they right and I just have to wait?
Update***********
After more calls and an advisor who was actually helpful and polite (Sam) - I've finally got a delivery date of Monday!!! And also a refund on the delivery charge. Not the outcome I wanted, as in an ideal world my children would already be jumping up and down and not moaning that it isn't here yet, but hey that's life!!!0
