Hello,
I am 34 and am in my 5th year as a Primary School teacher.
I've been looking at my pension pot when I retire and wonder if AVCs or buying Additional Pension is the best thing to do?
Any help of advice would be much appreciated.
Many thanks

Hi! Have you looked to your union for advice? Pensions and retirement planning is a key service provided by NASUWT, NUT and ATL.
They will be able to supply you with accurate information that you can use to come to an informed decision.
