I have just picked up a copy of the new Hummingbird Bakery Cake Days book from Sainsburys for only £6.00 instead of the RRP £20.
This seems to be only instore and had a quick look online - best price I could find was amazon £8.99.
Hope this helps any other fans of these yummy cakes !

Didn't know Sainsburys sold Hummingbirds (frozen or fresh), so not sure why they are selling a book on how to bake them??

 I just bought this from Waterstones (£10, impulse buy) could of spent the extra £4 on baking ingredients! Oh well. Good book though, would definitely recommend baking everything! My household loves it. :D
  • Buying the book is certainly more MSE than buying the individual cakes from one of their shops - I paid around £8 for three cupcakes last Summer from their Wardour St shop.
    They were very nice though...

This new book has some lovely recipes in it, it's worth buying for the pictures alone!

  • You can get this at W H Smiths for £5!
It is currently on sale at half price - £10 - but there is a voucher on email which gives you £5 off any book over £10.
You have to sign up to the privilege club (search smiths £5 off £10 on mse forums - I can't do a link sorry but am too new).
    Happy baking!
