I was wondering this myself. I had a quick look on Age UK's website, but nothing was mentioned. Did it go up last time? I have a few years to go yet, but it is already on my radar. Just like the rubbish interest rates.0 -
Today's Telegraph has a figure of £10,390 for 2012/13 on page B10 of their budget supplement.
Now at work, so can post full details:
2010/11 £9,490
2011/12 £9,940
2012/13 £10,390It only takes one tree to make a thousand matches, it only takes one match to burn a thousand trees. As well, the cars are all passing me, bright lights are flashing me.

Most can be found here:
http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/rates/it.htm
But for ease of reference:
Tax Year
2010/11, 65-74 - £9,490, 75+ - £9,640, Income Limit - £22,900
2011/12, 65-74 - £9,940, 75+ - £10,090, Income Limit - £24,000
2012/13, 65-74 - £10,390, 75+ - £10,550, Income Limit - £25,100
The 12/13 figures are from the Telegraph, can't see them on the HMRC site.It only takes one tree to make a thousand matches, it only takes one match to burn a thousand trees. As well, the cars are all passing me, bright lights are flashing me.
