Free 250g Bag of Whole Bean Coffee with Beverage at Starbucks - Thursday only

Enjoy a complimentary bag of whole bean coffee when you purchase your handcrafted beverage*.

Starbucks whole bean coffee is a great way to enjoy fresh coffee when you're at home at the weekend. Just ask your barista to grind it for your filter, cafetiere or espresso machine. You'll find a wide variety of regions and blends to choose from, including Starbucks limited edition Tribute Blend, with its delicious spicy, bold flavour.

Stop by your local Starbucks on Thursday March 24th and enjoy one complimentary bag of whole bean coffee when you purchase your handcrafted beverage* and present the voucher here http://www.starbuckscard.co.uk/weekend1/ either as a printout or on your mobile phone.

I think it usually says you have to use a Starbucks card but the voucher doesn’t this time.

Your handcrafted drink can be a filter coffee but not bottled beverages.

I just thought I'd bump this so that you didn't miss out on this tomorrow, if you're a coffee drinker that is :D.

Picked up my coffee this morning - they just asked me to pick a 250g off the shelf - remember to ask for it to be ground (filter or cafetiere) - I almost walked out of the shop with a bag of beans! Well, it was early.

The coffee retails at £3.80, so a bargain it you go for one of the cheaper drinks to get the bag of coffee - filter coffee is £1 or if you don't want to get into an argument about what is a 'hand-crafted drink', the espresso is £1.40.

I think I'm going to print it off again and get another bag from a different Starbucks :D

  • This may sound like a stupid question but if I ask for it to be 'ground', does that mean I can use it without the need for a coffee machine or some kind of equipment?! As in, put it straight in the cup and add hot water... :)
You bowl like your mother. Unless of course she bowls well, in which case you bowl nothing like her <3 Big Bang Theory :)
  • No you need a cafetiere or coffee machine. If you had a loose tea ball type strainer it would also work(where you infuse)
  • You could actually just put it through a filter bag over a mug but a bot messy

If you get the filter ground, you can just put it in a jug, add boiling water, mix, let the coffee fall to the bottom and then carefully pour into a mug. Or if you're not fussy you can put the coffee straight into the mug, brew and drink carefully.
  • and decaff?
  • I went in this morning and didn't get a bag of coffee. I totally forgot i'd seen this on here & they didn't offer me one :(

These are the blends they do:

I picked up the Italian roast this morning and they have a decaff house blend and a decaff espresso.
