Does the Quidco offer apply to existing customers though? Cant see anything to say that it does.

Quidco is a bit confusing I think, first its saying
"Exclusive £90 cashback for an existing Sky customer upgrading to Sky+HD (inc. HD pack) plus a free Sky+HD box. Sky+HD pack (£10.25 a month) becomes £2.75 a month after cashback! (a massive 73% saving!)"


then it says

"Cashback is not paid on existing customer sales (existing customers are deemed to be customers who have had Sky within the last 12 months)."

"The maximum M&S voucher amount that can be received in conjunction with cash back is £50.00"

"Valid for new customer sales bought wholly online only. Cashback will be paid on confirmation of your Sky viewing being activated."

Anyone confirm?

Quidco showing the offer you posted 5 princesses as expired. No cashback now available for existing customers upgrading to HD. TCB have no existing customer offers either.

I have raised with the engineers at sky. What would happen if this is actually false advertising. Anybody know?

We took advantage of a similar offer in January (for £50 of vouchers), but never received the vouchers. I rang yesterday to find out why. We'd done the upgrade over the phone and the lady I spoke to assured me she was completing the forms for the vouchers as we spoke. Yesterday, I was told that the claim for the vouchers had been rejected. I explained that it wasn't a "claim" for vouchers, but part of the agreement re the upgrade and, as such, they couldn't reject it. I was told he'd put in an "appeal" for us and ask them to listen to the call. Then he said he could just add £50 credit to our account, which I agreed to. I shall be taking a careful look at the account to make sure it HAS been credited. Sharp practice, at best.

So is this a problem with JUST upgrades or new customers too? I just took out sky+, sky line rental and sky broadband - got the box and installation free, Quidco has tracked at £60 and I'm expecting the £100 M&S voucher too lol
