Or am I confused.
I applied for the free 30 day trial on the 9th of Feb.
I rang yesterday, on the 10th of Mar to cancel.
This is 29 days. I find later that they've actually already taken payment from my account. Grrr.
The people on the phone were of the 'computer says no' variety when I rang back.
I'm unsure if I should try to persevere on the phone, or stick it in a letter of complaint.
February having 28 days isn't exactly a new thing.

If the 9th of Feb is day 1 then 10th of March is day 30.
Did you phone yesterday because that was the 9th not the 10th?0 -

Ah - yes - I was actually in the 30th day, not the 29th, as I'd phoned later in the day than I applied.
Still, I was within the free trial period, as I understand it.
Oh well - I guess see what happens with the letter.0 -
Whenever I have to cancel something like this I always do it after say, 25 days just to be on the safe side.0
