Why would he need to put them on. He is going BR as advised by one of the debt charities. We just need to see the incomings and outgoings.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -

I'm not trying to be rude, just pointing out what the judge would say
you don't have to make it perfect, in fact, that might look suspicious
Thanks! That's not rude, Its to the point
One last quick one a bit off topic for this thread.
Currently have two mobile phone contracts with O2, one has 4mts and the other has 6mths left to run. The best thing would be to include them in my B/R proceedings. Should i ring them up and inform them? Would they require the handsets back as i'd like to just stick a PAYG Sim in them?
Apologise for being an idiot but i'm just trying to get my head round it all

no prob, its your thread, you are quite welcome to take it off topic!!
I think that most people who have included phone contracts in their BR have been able to keep the handsets, I'm not sure if you need to let them know, just get payg sims.Getting fit for 2013 - Starting weight 10.1.13 88.1kg

btw my petrol is also about that each month, at my OR interview I explained that I use my car for work, travelling about 800-1000 miles per month just work (about another 2-300 personal). They happily accpeted this, although I have been saving all my receipts just in case!!Getting fit for 2013 - Starting weight 10.1.13 88.1kg
