SOA Help/Advice - 'Outgoings'

At this current time i am filling my forms out ready for court. I have got to section 7 'outgoings' and could do with some advice.
Myself and my wife are going BR so we both have to fill out individual forms. However should the 'outgoings' part be the same for both or not?
I am working on the basis that it should and these are our outgoings -
Rent:- £500
Housekeeping:- £360
Gas/Electric:- £91
Water:- £33
Telephone:- £47.99
Travelling:- £250 (Yes its a lot but that’s what the petrol alone cost me in 1 month!)
Clothing:- £0
Maintenance:- £0
Council tax:- £119 (Hopefully it wont go up!)
Others:- £45 Car insurance, £11 Car Tax, £12 Contents insurance, TV Licence £12.12 and Prescriptions £7.20
I bring in an average of £1270 a month and my wife on ESA contribution based £63.00 *a week*
Should i fill in the blanks?
Have i missed anything out?
Are certain items too much £?
Any help greatly appreciated.

Yes, she is going to be on ESA for around 13/14 weeks before she gets a medical assessment.

Thanks for that. The petrol is a bit OTT but i'm doing a round trip of 90miles a day just to get to work.
Does it matter if the amount is actually more then our income? Do i have to get it to match spot on or have a small amount left over?
I didn't think i would need to include these as i am going B/R?property.advert Seems as though you've missed off debts and assets and how you service your liabilities.B&SC - 3370 -
you have to show that after going BR you can manage your finances. You must have at least as much coming in as going out, otherwise how would BR help.
I'm not trying to be rude, just pointing out what the judge would say
you don't have to make it perfect, in fact, that might look suspiciousGetting fit for 2013 - Starting weight 10.1.13 88.1kg
