Mamas and Papas free £5 voucher when registering for first shop

Just shopped at Mamas and Papas online for the first time. When I registered I said no to all email, mail and sms communications. At the end of the process I was asked if I could be persuaded to sign up to the mailing list in return for a free £5 voucher.

Here are the Ts and Cs as published on the website:

Offer not available in Mamas & Papas Factory outlet stores (Bridgend, East Midlands, Huddersfield, Livingstone & Stoke on Trent).
If returning any items purchased with this gift card, the value of the gift card is not redeemable, this does not affect your statutory rights.
This gift card has no cash value and can only be redeemed once.
There is no cash alternative. This Gift card is valid for one month from date of registration.
Only one gift card can be used per transaction.
Only one gift card per person.
Gift Card value must be used in full within the transaction, no change will be given.
This Gift Card shall remain the properties of Mamas & Papas and is not for resale or publication.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
Gift Card redeemable on new orders only.
Mamas & Papas reserves the right to restrict or refuse orders and substitute gifts where necessary.

Just to clarify: it wasn't clear from the Ts and Cs above but the voucher can be used in store, online or over the phone, just not in the factory outlet stores as listed.

i used the emma diary link, and just picked up my order from instore, got some lovely border paper for a £1 a roll and some breast mil pots, ended up paying around 40p. loveit.x
