13-digit codes can be found on a bottle of Just Milk (79p) below the "best before date".

It doesn't say anywhere in the T&C that you have to keep the bottle or have a receipt. It does say that purchase is required, though. Northern Ireland can enter without purchase by sending their name and address to JUST MILK – Win everything, PO Box 660, Slough, SL1 4FX to arrive by 31/08/11. Only one entry per stamped envelope.
