giveaway of the day is a site i use fairly regularly (well when i remember to check it!) i've a fair few of their previous offers installed on my computer, some are very very useful indeed so i can recommend the site highly!

each day they offer a programme of some sort for free, the only catch is you MUST install it within that 24 hour time frame and then click on the activation button that will be in the folder alongside the programme on the day it's being offered.

they also offer free games but those aren't daily, however when you go to the daily site you can always see what game they have on offer up in the upper right hand corner so it's just a matter of getting in the habit of checking.

i've downloaded todays cookbook and calendar and i thought it would be helpful to people here, i will probably use mine mostly for the calendar but it seems a nice easy to use little programme so i thought i'd share. the second link is to todays free game
