Help! Boots 3 for 2's

Can anyone advise me, I need to return an item purchased as part of a 3 for 2 to Boots.com.

Will they refund me the value or do I lose out on the 3 for 2 deal???

If anyone has done similar please let me know.

I returned and item on 342 also. I just took the item without my receipt back I just wanted to swap it, I then decided to get 2 more items also and took all 3 things to the till. The SA scanned all my "new" items and then I gave the item I was bringing back and this was deducted from the total. HTH.

Sorry I should have been more specific it is a boot.com item not available instore and therefore will need to be returned to .com.

You should be able to return your item to store - I have returned online stuff to store before, but not without a receipt though. It's worth a try, they will probably just scan it as normal and give you and exchange to the value of your item.

The item I wish to return is a dolls pram in a box about 4 foot by 3 foot, do you think boots shops will accept?

Hi there,

If you have a store where you could drive right up to it, say on a retail park then it's worth a try. Or ring them first to check it out.
