You may never win on this site. I played for months and saved enough points for a £5 Amazon voucher. I applied for it in November last year and heard nothing. I contacted them in January and they told me it could take up to 90 days to receive it. In March I contacted them again and I was told they would look into why I have not received it. I am still waiting to hear.
So do not bother using this site you will be wasting your time while they are making money out of you.
