Initially I thought this was a purchase only competition but in t&c's it states:
'Email competitions@audible.co.uk with "February Fever Prize Draw" in the subject line. If you are emailing in, please be sure to provide a contact telephone number and the delivery address you would like the prize to be sent to if you are drawn as the winner.'

So I assume no purchase necessary??

Also think it should be in weeklies too as 'We will award 1 prize each week during the Promotion Period, each consisting of an Apple iPad 16GB'. Sorry don't know how to do that!

AUDIBLE'S FEBRUARY FEVER PRIZE DRAW PROMOTION

OFFICIAL RULES
Please read these rules before entering Audible's February Fever prize draw promotion (the "Promotion"). You agree that, by submitting an entry, you will be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
Eligibility

• You are eligible to enter the Promotion if you are a legal resident of the United Kingdom and 18 or older at the time of entry.
• Audible's employees, the immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren) are not eligible to enter the Promotion.

How to Enter

You may enter the Promotion beginning at 00:00:01 (GMT) on 1st February 2011 and ending 23:59:59 (GMT) on 28th February 2011 (the "Promotion Period"). The entry period for each drawing will begin at 00:00:01 (GMT) Tuesday and end at 23:59:59 (ET) Monday of each week during the Promotion Period. You must enter each week during the Promotion Period in order to be eligible for that week's drawing. To enter, you must:

• Join an Audible membership (including AudibleListener or PremiumListener) and purchase an audiobook using your monthly credit or cash; or
• Join an Audible membership (including AudibleListener or PremiumListener) via a free trial and purchase a book using your free credit or cash; or
• Purchase an audio programme using a credit or cash; or
• Join an Audible Membership (including AudibleListener or PremiumListener); or
• Email [EMAIL="competitions@audible.co.uk"]competitions@audible.co.uk[/EMAIL] with "February Fever Prize Draw" in the subject line. If you are emailing in, please be sure to provide a contact telephone number and the delivery address you would like the prize to be sent to if you are drawn as the winner.
• The Prize draw will take place at the end of the promotional period. Multiple entries per person are allowed. You are allowed one entry per book credit used or email sent.
• Promoter is not responsible for illegible or incomplete entries, or entries that are not received by the closing date. Promoter is not liable for technical errors, connectivity problems or other delays. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt or entry.

Prizes

• Audible will award 4 prizes in connection with the Promotion
• We will award 1 prize each week during the Promotion Period, each consisting of an Apple iPad 16GB. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each prize is £450. Total ARV of all prizes is £1,800. Each winner will be responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to his/her prize that are not specifically mentioned, including without limitation taxes and any other expenses that might reasonably be incurred by the winner in receiving or using his/her prize, excluding postage costs.

Prize Drawings

• Prize winners will be selected at a random within a week of the end of each entry period, and no later than 8th March 2011. We will notify each potential by sending him/her an email within 3 business days following the drawing. Promoter may request proof of eligibility. We will select an alternative potential winner if any potential winner does not claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, or meet the eligibility criteria. Entries not drawn at any given drawing will be discarded and will not be eligible for subsequent drawings. The prizes will be awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

Odds of Winning

• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each drawing.

Additional Terms

• Promoter reserves the right, in the event of circumstances arising outside of its control which in its opinion makes it necessary, to cancel or change the Promotion at any stage. Entries by third parties, consumer groups or by using bulk or automated means will be disqualified. Each prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. There will be no cash alternatives. Promoter may provide a reasonably equivalent substitute of like value if any of the prizes are unavailable. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition. Each winner must be prepared to take part in reasonable post-competition publicity. Promoter's decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.

It says "You are allowed one entry per book credit used or email sent." but it doesn't say you can't send more than one email a week or more than one a day.
