I get an "Already Entered" message trying to enter again today - is this definitely a daily?

I get already entered too but it's a couple of days ago that I entered. the T&Cs quite clearly state that one entry per day is allowed so a little confused. I have emailed them to ask their IT guys to look into it as their system is obviously set wrongly to only accept one entry per person in total

EDIT: just had a phone call from snackajacks & they're currently looking into the problem & will either phone or email me when it's resolved

Update re daily entry - I've had another phone call to say that they are changing the programme to allow daily entries as it was incorrectly programmed at the outset but it wont be until next week, they will email me when it's up & running & I will update you all at that point

I entered yesterday - just gone to enter today and when i hit the submit button it says beside my email address is red "entered today"??

Is it more than 24 hours since you entered yesterday? Just a thought. I have just entered today when previously I was getting "already entered" so think it is fixed now.

Just had a phone call from SnackaJacks to say they fixed the problem this morning & tested it by entering my details so it's ok to enter every day from now on
