Self Employed IT Contractor Mortgage's????

BUTTERS
Hi All,
Looking for a bit of advice. I am currently in the process of looking to purchase my second property. I have been an IT contractor for 3 years but changed from an umbrella company to Ltd about 9 months ago so I do not have a year’s accounts yet.
Looking on the net for mortgages I have come across a few brokers for contractors and freelancers that can lend based on your contract rate.
I have a 10% deposit for a property value of £230,000. The only mortgage that these contractor mortgage company’s can offer me is a 6.89 3yr fix with Halifax or a 6.99 2yr fix.
I can afford the repayments on this rate but would prefer to see if I can get a lower rate. I do not believe that any high street banks would lend to me due to not having at least a year’s accounts. I do have records from the last 3yrs earnings such as bank statements, invoices, pay slips ect.
I find it a bit of a joke that I earn £300.00 per day and most banks will not even consider me.
If anyone could give me some advice I would be very grateful.:D
