Terms & Conditions – BURIED – Unearth the Prizes

• Closing date for entries is 2359 hrs GMT 14th February 2010.
• You can enter the competition through the Buried app on facebook.com/buriedmovieukand also on facebook.com/filmfeed.me. The entry instructions in the Buried Application form part of these rules.
• The Promoter has the right to disqualify any entry not made in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received by the Promoter.
• This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only who are aged over 18 years old at the time of entry.
• No purchase is necessary.
• There are 100 prizes boxes to be won.
• There is no cash alternative.
• The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value as required.
• Winning entrants of the prize boxes will be drawn week commencing 14th February and be notified via email or if an email address is not available, via Facebook message.
• Winners must respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being contacted to claim their prize. Any prize not claimed within 7 Days will be forfeited. After 7 days a new 'winner' will be selected and contacted.
• The winner agrees to co-operate with the Promoter for publicity purposes if so required.
• The promoter reserves the right to withdraw the competition if at any time it considers it has been subject to fraudulent activities.
• The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By entering this competition, all entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
