I have a mortgage with what will be my ex-partner. I want to sell but they don't, or won't give me an answer to buy me out or sell.
What can I do??

As Robert says, a difficult situation.
Having done some Googling all I can find out is that if the property is in joint names neither of you can sell without the agreement of the other, which you probably knew already and doesn't help you at all, unfortunately.
Would you both go to a mediation service if there is one in your area?
Are you moving out? If so, perhaps your ex-to-be will be unable to afford the mortgage on his/her own and be forced to sell.
Not very helpful, I'm afraid, but I do sympathise with your situation.0 -
you can get a court order, but you dont want to go down that road!0

this situation has recently caused my old fella £4k in legal fee's and more grey hair, better off asking her to "make you an offer" or it will go to mediators0
