    My guess is that the counter staff won't bother to ask you for any NHS ID, with the last 15% off voucher they didn't even look up just scanned it in.

    Probably being dumb (no change there!) but can I use this to order from online but whilst instore? Does that make any sense? x

    Yes you can - i have previously ordered a home delivery only item in store and used the voucher
    and btw - although I offered my NHS ID badge it was only given a cursory glance
