Do it once and save the information in a Word or Notepad document, then copy and paste. That's what grannybiker used to recommend!

or alternatively, do like what i do

make sure whatever email client/program you are using, you have it set to 'save sent items' then daily simply go into the sent items folder, click on the last email and choose reply to all - delete 'your name' from the to box, delete the 're:' from the subject and push send - takes me like 20 secs tops

ive been using this method in outlook daily since 11/01/2010, well upto 27/11 when the last one finished, or so i thought when i couldnt find it on here no more, had no idea it had been decided to put in regulars, so missed a couple of months
