I always enter every week without much expectation of a win but just before Christmas I got the magic phone call to say I had won.:j:j
So thank you very much to Cornishpasty1 for posting the comp and to everyone on the board for tirelessly posting the thousands of comps all through 2010. :T:T
I have just realized the comp closed on my birthday - so what an amazing present.
A really nice selection of gifts - most of which made lovely extra Christmas presents for my family. The "star prize" is a £900 Cooper T200 (gents) or T250 (ladies) bicycle, which I have to order next week. I won a bike a couple of years ago and its gathering dust in the garage - so reluctantly the new one will have to find a new home on ebay

I "thank" but if someone decides not to there is nothing wrong with that as MSE prefer you not to thankMSE_Archna wrote: »Hi all,
While the forums have been down we’ve been working away to add a new ‘Entered’ button to the competitions forum.
This will also help when we re-launch our new ratings in the forum – at the moment it skews the results as everyone thanks to show they’ve entered.

I don't thank for thanking sake, I thank for the effort that that particular poster has made in either posting the competition or providing/confirming the answer, I think it is common courtesy to thank for the effort as without the competitions being posted everyone would win zilchThrifty Till 50 Then Spend Till the End
