I never will again, thats a promise.
I've just picked out the important (IMO) bits from your post. Especially the highlighted bits. Like STM said, don't beat yourself up you can sort it. You've recognised it before it gets out of hand. Ex doesn't know and we won't tell;) I think it's a good idea about the ebaying, don't worry about setting up a shop at the moment. HMRC isn't going to chase you for a few bits and pieces, just see how it goes selling on CS stuff and take it from there.
:T for being honest with your diary. It's the best way to move forward.0 -
sorry to hear that OH is still being such a dweeb. Well I can't use a swear word on here! I hope that the ultimatum letter gets things moving.
And don't be too upset about the card. You will soon debt busting it awayt

Hello everyone, I hope you all had a good day. I haven't posted for a few days..........I had a bit of a sulk on about letting myself run up a balance on my card again, but I'm over it

Guess who's moving house in 3 weeks??? ME!!!! :T:T
Everything's set up now, and I've a list of things to do as long as your arm. I'll have to ring around tomorrow to try and find somewhere to hire a van. I don't have much to move, but it will need a van.
DS3 came home from his holls the other day, tired but happy. He had the time of his life and wants me to take him skiing. If you knew me, you'd know what a funny prospect that is, I'm more of a sipping cocktails in the sun kind of girl
I'm hoping he'll be staying with me over my first weekend in the new house. Can't wait! H won't let me have my slow cooker, so I went to Argos today and bought a new one. That way I can prepare something before I go to work, and have something nice waiting if DS3 happens to be coming over for his tea. No doubt my food spends will go up, but I'll be saving money on petrol so it'll balance out overall.
I'm really getting into this CS shopping thing! I bought myself a lovely red Boden puffy bodywarmer today for £4. Ideal to keep me warm on all those walks I intend to do.
No news on the divorce front, but I don't care. He can take all the time he wants now, cos I've got what I want - I'm going home :j
I've had a few ebay sales, but lost my momentum for listing over the last few days. I'll get back to it tomorrow (promise).
Tried those new honey clusters from Special K today. They're really yummy. Been a really good girl all day and haven't eaten any junk and most importantly - no wine!
Having a day out with BF tomorrow. I've got free tickets for a local tourist attraction, which I wouldn't normally vist as its so expensive, so I'm hoping tomorrow will be a nice LSD.
I'm off to the OS board now to see if I can find some recipes for my slow cooker.

Good to hear you sounding so happy:)
It's hard to imagine your Ex using the slow cooker;):rotfl:I think it's an excellent idea using it to have meals ready for DS3. I find making a big pot of food in the SC (curry, chilli, bolognese, soup) is great for stocking the freezer with HM ready meals.
3 weeks will fly by:T:j0 -
Hi snowdenlily, i have been off the boards for a couple of weeks due to work commitments, so alot of catching up to be done. Good news on the house front hope all goes well, moving in just as spring arrives will be a fresh start for you. Unfortunately cos i hav'nt been on the boards for a couple of weeks my spending has slipped and now i will have to sort myself out, so don't beat yourself up about your CC cos it happens to most of us.:j Debtfree and and staying that way.:j3-6 month emergency fund, No.61 £140.000

Hi karom, hi maman, hi amber nice to hear from you.
Had a lovely day off yesterday, but its down to earth with a bang today. Back to work and working the weekend
I'm on the second day of a caffeine detox today, my head feels like its full of cotton wool and I have a thumping headache. I read somewhere that caffeine is a diuretic and since I've been running to the loo what seems like a hundred times a day, I thought I'd try and cut out all the caffeine to see if it makes a difference. I don't know if its coincidence, but I slept straight through last night (I usually get up at least twice!).....sorry if thats TMI
I just hope this headache doesn't last long.
Haven't been too bad "spendy" wise. I have about £45 to last me till Thursday, but I'll probably need some petrol before then. I'm not listing anything else on ebay till I've moved house, just in case something gets misplaced in the chaos of moving.
BF thinks he knows someone who'll let me borrow a van. He doesn't want any money, just wants me to fill it up when I've finished with it. Think I'll let BF do the driving (cos he's off that day!)......I'm not going to tempt fate!
Better go and do some work. I'll be back later.........just hope this headache's gone by then.

            That's another day done!
The headache's gone, but I've just had a curly wurly......couldn't resist
One of my ebay items has 13 watchers and one bid :T:T

Hello everyone, I hope you're all having a good day!
Work is starting to pick up this week, which is good to see, at least time passes a bit quicker when you've plenty to do.
I haven't posted for a few days. I feel like I've run out of steam these last few days. I think that credit card bill knocked me for six and I lost heart a bit.
Anyway..........tomorrow's payday, so that means a clean sheet. I'm going to start as I mean to go on and aim for a NSD.
Had to have someone out to look at my washing machine yesterday which cost me £25. Much cheaper than buying a new machine, I know, but still something I hadn't bargained upon.
The other unexpected spend is BT. The house I'm moving to doesn't have a phone line, so I'll have to pay a reconnection fee to BT which I think is about £125
Other than that, I have a few items ending on ebay in a couple of days - two with bids amounting to £20, and a lot of packing to do!
I've got so many lists of things to do, I've had to list the lists!
Today's dinner will be an omelette made out of all the bits and bobs I have left in the fridge. If BF comes over, it''ll be a frittata. That should impress him and make him think I'm a domestic goddess.....haha!Total debt at LBM £26k+Total debt now £16,494.40Tesco CC 11/2/11 Total - £1,387.20 - Now £00
